What we collect

When you submit the form on this site, we collect the information you enter across its steps: whether this is for a new or existing business, roughly how many devices will connect, your general speed need, your business address, your business name, and a callback phone number. We don't ask for or collect payment information, and we don't require you to create an account.

To prevent automated spam submissions, the form also uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot-detection service that runs a check in your browser before a submission is accepted. We also keep a short-lived, hashed record of the connection making a submission (not your actual IP address) solely to limit how many submissions can come from one connection in a short period.

How we use it

Information submitted through the form is routed to a licensed account representative, who uses it to confirm business internet availability at the address you provided and follow up with you directly. We don't use it for any purpose beyond handling your request. Callbacks happen Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm; submissions received outside those hours are followed up the next business morning.

What we don't do

We don't sell the information you submit to third parties, and we don't use it for advertising or marketing unrelated to your request.
