You'll hear back directly, usually within minutes during business hours, with what's actually available at your address, not a generic answer based on your city or ZIP code.
Why we don't show instant results
Public broadband data, including the FCC's National Broadband Map, reports availability at the area or technology level, not a guarantee for one specific building. A tool that claims to check your exact address instantly, without a human involved, is either working from the same general data or guessing. We'd rather tell you that upfront than show a fake "checking availability" animation.
